PG10 Coaching recognise that football is a powerful tool and has the ability to break down barriers and challenge children and young people of all backgrounds
With gang culture anti social behaviour and knife crime growing in parts of the UK
PG10 offer prisons and young offender institutes, opportunities to use football as a way of instilling in the young offenders a sense of pride, achievement and motivation towards a better future. Discipline and hard work are then essential if the offenders are to keep their place in the sessions, as weekly assessments with PG10 take place, culminating in exhibition matches
As well as nurturing footballing talent, PG10 will also show how essential life skills such as organisation, anger management, communication, trust and team work play in the rehabilitation and social integration into society of young offenders on their release.
